Specialising in business development and major projects, since its formation in 2007, the SIP team has gained more than AU$4.5 billion in new business for its customer base which includes a broad cross-section of small to very large companies.

In addition to tender success and major contract wins, since 2013 SIP’s business improvement team has been directly responsible for generating more than AU$1.5 billion in operationally based cost savings for some of the world’s largest mining, oil and gas and supporting companies.

SIP’s focus on solution finding, integration and customer positioning soon led to expansion of our core consulting range ensuring customers had access to a one stop shop for all their non-core business development and growth activities. Through a number of strategic acquisitions, and partnering arrangements with some of Australia’s leading consultants, SIP’s service range grew to include indigenous affairs, safety and both waste and environmental management services.

Since 2007, our client list has included many of Australia’s indeed, the world’s largest organisations including BHP, Rio Tinto, Bechtel, Cleanaway, Veolia, Toxfree, Chevron, ISS Facility Services, Inpex, Sodexo, Quadrant, Santos, ECO Resources, ExxonMobil and Total. In addition SIP delivers a range of consulting services to Local, State and Federal Government agencies.
